The motel has accommodations for up to 100 people at double occupancy—that means if you pair up with a riding bud\, more motorcyclists can stay at the Lodge. You will not want to miss your chance to stay at Big Lynn Lodge\, so reserve today! The room rate of $155/night will include a full dinner and full hot breakfast in the onsite restaurant. Overflow motels within a short ride of Big Lynn Lodge will also be made available to attendees. \n\n\n\nWe hope to see you all there for a weekend full of meeting old and new friends\, camaraderie\, and riding great roads! Click here for directions to the venue. \n\n\n\nLodging Details\n\n\n\nYour registration DOES NOT include lodging. Call the Big Lynn Lodge at 828-765-4357 to reserve a room or cabin (biglynnlodge.com). Ask for Kelly or Hoyt and let them know you are with the BMW RA group. If you book only one night\, a $50 deposit is required when the reservation is made. If you book two or more nights\, a full one-night deposit is required when the reservation is made. When all rooms are booked at the Big Lynn Lodge\, they will direct you to other partner motels\, all within several miles of the Lodge. \n\n\n\nNote about Big Lynn Lodge cancellation policy (this is for the motel only\, not the RA’s registration cancellation policy listed below): In the event that you need to cancel\, please do so 7 or more days prior to your arrival date. There will be a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date\, you will lose your deposit. Sorry\, there are no refunds for early departure. \n\n\n\nTent camping is not allowed at Big Lynn Lodge. \n\n\n\nYour registration includes:\n\n\n\nYour event registration includes access to event activities on the grounds of Big Lynn Lodge… free ride maps… live music by Bridget Gossett (from Waynesville\, NC) during Friday evening dinner… and one raffle ticket for a chance to win amazing prizes during Saturday evening’s dinner. (Last year\, the big prizes included a Schuberth C4 Pro helmet\, a Klim Baja 4 jacket\, and a free training day at the BMW U.S. Rider Academy—we are planning similar prizes for this year’s event.) \n\n\n\nRegistration is $50.00 for BMW RA members and $60.00 for non-BMW RA members.\n\n\n\nIf you are not staying at Big Lynn Lodge\, please join the group for breakfasts\, $7.50 per meal\, and dinners\, $15 per meal.\n\n\n\nEvent shirts are also available for purchase when you register online by April 15. The short sleeve shirts are $20.00 no matter the size.\n\n\n\n____ \n\n\n\nREGISTRATION REFUND POLICY: Event registration fees are refundable if canceled 30 OR MORE DAYS prior to the start of the event. SUMMARY:April Club Meeting - Discussing Our Club Bylaws
DESCRIPTION:Come join us at a restaurant that we have not been to previously. The Pine Loft Pizzaria is on the south bound lane of the Berlin Turnpike\, next to the Creative Kid’s Learning Center (the Pine Loft sign is somewhat hidden). \n\n\n\nThere are stairs to climb up to the loft where we will be meeting\, so please take note. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nCheck out their menu for food choices but be aware that actual prices are higher than their online menu (apparently\, they have not updated their online menu recently). If you are gluten free\, they have a gluten free pizza crust that is really good. \n\n\n\nCome join us for some good comfort food and to discuss updates on topics from previous meetings. \n\n\n\nOne topic that we will be discussing is the proposed updates to our Bylaws. Our Bylaws have not been updated in many years and it does not reference any of the advanced technologies (i.e.\, emails) that we use everyday.
